Pricing for full venue use:

Rates Starting At:
- $275.00 (Hourly) Week Days
- $350.00 (Hourly) Weekends
- 5% Discount Over 8 Hours

At 2,100+ square feet, Connect 2 Rise Inc setup can be modified for any occasion and tables and chairs can be provided for an additional cost.

We are like a mini-venue, great for your small to midsize events. The overall space capacity is 100:
- 65 - 80 people in a banquet style seating in main room.
- 80 people in theater-seating setting in main room.

Rates Starting At:
- $45/hour (Min 2 Hours)
- $134/half-day (4 Hours: $34/hour)
- $194/day (8 Hours: $24/hour)

Meeting space can hold up to 6 people
tables and chairs can be added in room
space.

Reservation Booking Process:
● Book a tour to view the studio and tell us more about your event and what you’ll need for it to be a success
● Review and sign the agreement
● Pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve the C2R space and date.
● Obtain event insurance
● Pay in full 7 business days prior to your event



Requirements

‍ - Terms and Conditions
‍Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations submitted up to 7 calendar days before booking start time: 100% refundable
‍
Cancellations submitted within 7 business days before booking start time: 50% refundable

Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before booking start time: non-refundable

Method of Payment
Accepted: Credit cards, bank transfers, and Zelle
‍
Payment Date Due: Full payment is due 14 days before the event date

Liability and Insurance:
Event organizers must provide proof liability insurance prior event. Event coverage insurance can be purchased on-line.

Cleaning Deposit: Space must be returned cleaned at time of departure. Cleaning Deposit will be collected at time of booking.

Setup/Breakdown: Must be included in the hours booked.

Special Offers and Discounts:
Book the space for more than 8 hours and receive a 5% discount on the total price.
